If you’ve ever fallen in love with one or all of Fitler Square’s charming side streets, chances are Panama Street was one of them. Lined with Gingko trees and idyllic Philly row homes, homes here don’t come on the market very often. But now, the biggest home on the 2400 block has listed for the first time in 25 years.

From the outside, one may not realize that the home has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one-half bath. It total, it clocks in at 1,920 square feet, including a pretty big 15-by-15 garden patio with a fountain.

Behind the pastel, green front door is a foyer, which then leads to the cozy living room and galley kitchen. The floor is filled with light, thanks to the set of French doors off the living room that open to the garden.

Up the spiral staircase, two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. Each of the bedrooms have their own highlights, including a Murphy bed in one room and a working fireplace in the other.

The master suite on the third floor is where things really get interesting. The room, accented by exposed beams and brick, features a small loft area with a skylight, accessed via a tiny floating staircase.

The asking price of this home at 2420 Panama Street is $845,000.
